- Final text received within 48h after brief validation.
- Photos, logos and visuals delivered in high quality within the same timeframe.
- Existing visual identity (colors, typography, brand guidelines) provided at kick-off.
- If missing, we can write or produce the content — separate quote.
Approvals
- Design preview validated (or feedback provided) within 48 business hours after delivery.
- Replies to technical questions within 24 business hours during build phase.
- One round of major feedback: scope changes beyond the validated design are billed as a change order.
Access & payment
- Access to existing domain and hosting (if any) provided at least 48h before launch.
- 30% deposit paid to start the project.
- 70% balance paid at delivery — condition for source code handover and live launch.
Scope
- Scope set in the quote (page count, features, languages) does not change mid-project. Additions are billed as a signed change order.
- Third-party integrations (payment, CRM, etc.) depend on the availability and proper functioning of their APIs.
- Timelines exclude weekends, public holidays and announced closures.
